I havetried to remain calm through this repolacement process, thought possitive thoughts and waited for my package. I have called ea every day being assured that my parts have shipped. I just talked to someone now who assured me it shipped, i asked if she was sure and told her that 500 other people said that same thing and it didnt. She said she was sure and then said she would put me on hold. She came back saying ups has it and if i dont believe her, check the website. I did just that and it still says billing info recieved. I told her that and she said i must be looking at the wrong tracking number and she looked it up also. Then she appologized saying that billing info recieved means the package has not yet left the warehosue. WHAT IS THAT?? i have waited since last wednesday, listening to people get their parts who ordered monday. Where is mine? i asked to talk to a supervisor and conviently none were on duty. I am so P.O.ed right now. i know i will get responses to calm down like everyone else but i have my rights to be mad. If they would just Stop lying, do this first come first serve basis, and would have told me it would be here in 2 weeks, i would have been happy. This is total BS

I know how you feel, I was happy when I saw that there was only a 1-2 business day processing and then 2 day shipping. That was last friday morning, now after giving them my CC number and letting them hold $125 so I can get mine quickly, my shipment has yet to go out either. I was actually impressed when I first reported my problem and now I am very dissapointed.

You would not have been happy with a 2 week delivery time. and to be fair, it has only been 1 week so far. You have been anything but patient, posting several times saying pretty much the same thing. I understand you are frustrated, I too would be frustrated. Does it really make you feel better to post 10 complaint threads for the same subject? There is a handy feature at the bottom (Reply) where all your frustrations can be spilled in a single thread. Even an (Edit) button where all of your frustation about the same thing over and over again can be edited and altered to how you feel at this specific moment!

Please stop thread spamming, pick a thread and stick with it.

Oh yeah, and be patient, calm down and wait. I know it doesn't seem like it, but you will make it through this. And you just may become a better Rocker for it! :)

i have been patient until tueday when all the lies came in. I shouldnt be patient and i will tell you that i would have been happy if they said 2 weeks. telling the truth is better than a lie every day. It might be anothe week before it goes out and if they would have said 2 weeks, its better than 2 months like an xbox is. I am frustrated that other people are recieving who put in their part requests after me. The fact that customer support cant tell me that my package has yet to go out is pathetic. i do have a right to be mad at this point. Especially becuase the phoen and email responses to everyone are identical even though they state that they are helping on an individual basis

I am not arguing that with you, I completely agree that you have every right to be upset with the way your warranty replacement has been handled.

This of course does not excuse your abuse of these forums (starting multiple threads for the exact same thing!) You have not at all been patient, You yourself state in several threads that you are calling several times a day, Sheesh I would lie to you too just to get you off my phone. You think for a second that the CSR who is taking your call off hold and looking at the pages upon pages of comments on your RMA file is happy to be talking to you? I would not be surprised if one of them took your replacement item of the to be shipped stack just to give a lil bit back.

Relax, Stop calling over and over again. If you are not on the phone with them they will not be able to lie to you! Play a different game for a couple days, DON'T start any more erroneous threads!! Then if you still have not seen an update on the UPS page, give em another call. Your gonna end up popping a vessel over this and I am telling you it isn't worth it man.

i agree, but the reason i call is the very first time i called, i was lied to, i called back and got the truth, then lied to again, all i want to know is when my package will be out. ITs not even about the game any more, its moral values. a company should never do that to their customer. If it takes 5 people to tell me my package status, taht is wrong.

ps, i dont ahve any other games, i sold them all at eb to buy rock band.... i have kinda tried to withdraw myself from them a little

I've also called a few times since I ordered a new guitar last week. I've called once a day since monday asking if its shipped just because of the sheer curiosity of if I would get different answers.

Surely enough... I have. Its always a 2-3 minute pause, then "Yes its leaving the warehouse today", or "It usually just doesn't update at the tracker that fast" which isn't true, its automated for a reason, its not INSTANT by any means, but it surely only takes a few hours.

Well, it still isn't here, but I am waiting patiently. Still feels really stupid to go through that process. If it hasn't shipped by tomorrow I'll simply call again, and see if I get the same answer.

My guitar has been stuck on LABEL PRINTED for 2 days. By the time the box is found, surely the sticky will have worn off by then...

i dont even have a printed label, theres probably a lone box in the warehouse awaiting a printed label to stick onto it but eventually, it will end up finding its way to the island of misfit toys

Alright, you guys have to look at this a different way. CSR's are just exactly like that guy in the drive through at McDonalds. You keep asking him if your burger is ready, annoying him and bothering him over and over regardless of what his first, second, or last answer was. Someone is going to spit in your food.

Now ask yourself, Do you like eating someone elses spittle? I would say not. Leave these folks alone. Let them do their jobs and I promise you, you will not be forgotten and left out. CSR's have a hard enough job as it is, without the fiasco that the poor quality of the instruments that were initially released created. How many people you think are calling to tell these guys they are doing a great job? Every single call is another pissed off gamer who can't wait 1 week to get warranty items replaced. Chill out, give them some time. You can not possibly think they were ready for all this right? Give them a chance to sort it out and before you know it, You will be a rock star again with your brand spanking new (insert whatever broke on you)!

I have worked as a CSR before, and have dealt with very very messy situations and people who feel entitled to get things faster because they are trying to be the squeekiest wheel of them all. One thing that drives me CRAZY is the misinformation that floats out. Placating a situation with some sugar and running off is the worst way to get through the day, no matter what happens. Honest answers, even if its bad news got me through tough situations. I simply call because they seem so confused or nervous about it when I call. Its really silly, and makes me wonder what is going on over there.

When my guitar gets here, it gets here, but its my guess they take X00 of guitars that come in and get Y00 of the replacements into UPS, they don't seem to know what labels are going on from where they are looking.

So I agree give them a break, but they need to be careful with the qualifier words they choose that give the impression they are being processed when its not their turn yet. If you don't know, then you don't know.
