View Full Version : 2009 Grammy Awards
I thought overall the Grammys were okay this year. At first I was hesitant about watching it but then I clicked info of my remote and saw that Radiohead was performing and I thought all right I'll watch. I waited about an hour and a half and then I saw Radiohead perform. "15 Step" was pretty cool with the marching band and Thom Yorke was being a goofy beast like he always is. So what are your highlights of the Grammys?

My highlight is that Radiohead, Coldplay, T.I. and Lil Wayne were beat out by bluegrass. We're going to look back at this and go, "what?"
Its like the year Norah Jones (who no one had heard of) cleaned up.

The "Peaches En Regalia" performance at Zappa Plays Zappa was probably the only thing that deserved the award, though to be fair, I don't know how enough about the jazz or blues releases.

radiohead ****ing suck. i dont know who has a bigger ego; thom yorke or chris martin.
I think Chris Martin wins that competition
The radiohead performance was definitely a highlight. Also, when I found out the Mars Volta won best heavy song. I find it strange that they didn't show this on tv though. Either that or I missed it
