I think any songs by the doors would be alot of fun to play in the game.
I'd really like to play Light My Fire!!

Might be nice, but just remember, there's no bass in their songs...you'd actually be playing Ray Manzarek's keyboard with your second guitar. Still, I could go for some Peace Frog or Roadhouse Blues.

yeah dude the doors would be amazing, and as for light my fire, if they can turn a FREEZEPOP song into guitar chart, they can certanly turn a doors track into a guitar chart

Light My Fire is too keyboard heavy, but there are other good choices. Backdoor Man or Break On Through (to the Other Side) come to mind.

I'm pretty sure all the songs from LA Woman have bass, and there are some great tracks on there.

Most all their albums have bass. It was just a hired studio bassist playing rather than a core band member.

Thats whats up. Pick a doors song with good guitar and not a 2-3 minute keyboard solo.
Harmonix would also have to get the master and turn up the volume on the guitars.
Won't Get Foold again has a long keyboard solo so its not like it can't be done.

Yes, Doors please...though I agree, not anything with a big keyboard solo...as much as light my fire would kickass otherwise

I wonder if it's hard to get rights for the doors.

I've wondered that too. We always hear how hard its been trying to get AC/DC, Led Zep, and Hendrix. I've never heard of anyone trying to get the Doors (or Pink Floyd) and being rejected, even going back to the GH1 days.

That being said, bring on the Alabama Song!!

Well we recently got all of Zeppelin on iTunes, which is a very good sign. There's still hope for all of them, The Beatles worry me a bit though...
