Ok, here I am, picking up my preorder on release day.... speeding up on El Camino Real, flipping up bus drivers, running "yellow-looking" red traffic lights just to get home and enjoy my gracious PS3 RB bundle.... Life is good... no problems at all! the first 2 days, I would come to the forums to laugh at all the out-the-box bad intruments and even posting a thread on Gamefaqs saying "Sing here if your copy is flawless yet"... well well well I think i digged my own hole.... it seemed like the moment I hit POST my guitar went BROKE!

Ok, no biggie.... just go to the EA support website and request a new one... what can go wrong? I get a new guitar in "2 days"... well NO!!!... first of all I am an Apple user [yeah go ahead and bash me PC lovers... suck it! ?] the stupid support website does not support Safari.... well no biggie, I'll use Firefox.... well.... i need an account... I make one LA LA LA LA LA LAAAA... YAY done!! everything goes as planned... it happens to be Monday and I will get my new guitar by Thursday or worst case on Friday, right? RIGHT?

WRONG!!!!! I check my UPS tracking thingy.... Payment Recieved does that seem familiar? well.... It has been like that for 4 days.... no luck.... OK OK OK No biggie. Lets check the EA support site ON FIREFOX REMEMBER!! well what do I find?

I grab my phone dial 650 blah blah blah.... press 1, 2, 2, 1 ,2 [yes! I already know all the navigating menus] what do I get? MR. ISPEAKWITHAICLEINMYMOUTH guy.... I somehow understood whe was saying for 10 mins, what do I get? "SIR, YOU MIND HOLDING? I'LL SEND YOU TO ANOTHER REP...." wow wow wow....

............. 10 minutes of bad EA music......

After 45 minutes of wasted life... he said: "Sirrrrr , youurrr pakkkagge is chipped soon, it has nott been cancelleddddd" THE END.... time for the flames!! burn me alive!!!:D

Dude - from the excessive use of double-letters, it looks like your keyboard is suffering from the down-strum issue as well.

You should probably send that back in the box with your guitar just to be safe. Don't worry - I'm sure you can figure out a way to post without it...

Check your UPS tracking. Many of us who requested replacements before Thanksgiving are getting ours shipped today.
