Hey guys, i've noticed that some people have been checking their status of their replacement products through the EA website, but i cannot find it anywhere there. Can somebody provide a link for me please. I ordered my part on the 21st and still nothing!!!!!:mad:

Like you, my order placed on the 21st does not show up on the EA site at all (support.ea.com, login with whatever user name you placed the original order with and its supposed to show up under My Questions on the left side). Now, the 2nd RMA which I placed this morning (since I'm convinced the 1st is lost in a world of 1's and 0's) shows up on the site just as it should. Just place a new order and I'll bet you anything you get that 2nd one before the 1st on you placed.

Mine finally says it shipped on the 29th in my EA account. It still doesn't register in UPS tracking, but hopefully that follows soon.
