I just called the customer support number and they did tell me that even thought my ups tracking number did say billing information recieved, that my item is en route. the lady said my unresponsive out of box bass pedal should be coming in today or monday:mad: the latest. i did place my order in the 21st so im very pissed off at the moment but the lady kinda cheered me up with that information. lets HOPE that its tru!!!

She's full of it man. If the UPS site shows "Billing Information Received" with your tracking number then the item has NOT been picked up by UPS. Peroid, no doubt, etc. EA support just flat out lied to you.

And if you REALLY want to find out if she's feeding you a line then call UPS and give them your tracking number and listen to them tell you that the item hasent been picked up yet.

Unfortunately he's correct. UPS site does provide relatively real time updates. No longer than 30 minutes behind. Call UPS and verify yourself.

Yet another example of EA passing the buck to UPS. "Oh, we gave it to UPS already. They must be using it as a footrest. Oh, and their online tracking is total crap" If I was UPS I would be pissed. This isn't some rinky-dink shipping service. I would imagine UPS would be angry that it's even being suggested that UPS's 2-day air service doesn't guarantee 2-day delivery, even during the holidays. Yeah, that would go over real well with businesses. "Oh, you thought that business proposal would get there by the deadline? No, our delivery timeframes are just estimates." Riiiiiiight.

I'm on the phone with EA and they're pretty much giving me the same treatment. This guy even went as far as to say that my package is out for delivery. Meanwhile, the UPS site has no info besides the billing info. And my EA Questions has two items. One that says Cancelled RMA, and one that says Label Printed. Altogether, it doesn't sound like my guitar has shipped at all. We'll see. . UPS makes its rounds here in about 6 hours.

That is a bunch of BS. Once it gets into the system, it gets a scan at every destination it arrives at(assumeing it does not miss a scan which happens). Even if it missed a scan at pick up, it would get one at the next hub.

Don't let EA fool you. Unfortunately your box is sitting in the EA WAREHOUSE.

this all seems like a public relations nightmare. get ready store. this thing might just be coming back. people keep saying you cant return this thing to the store. it means dont return it if you want to get another one because its broke. it doesnt mean you cant return it and get your money back. dont be fools, and give me that you cant return it to the store bs.

I ordered a replacement guitar on 11/25/2007. Provided a CC for two day shipping. UPS shows billing received. Per phone support on 11282007, they had a UPS pick up issue. The unit would be shipped by today (11302007). I don't believe that they have the gear to replace all of the defective equipment they was sent to the stores. My guess is that they are waiting for the store return times to lapse. Since most return policies give you until Christmas, this was a bad move on their part. Looks like I'll be taking it back to Walmart. Too bad, I really liked the drums. I never really had much time with the guitar.
