I ordered a replacement guitar (mine strummed twice if you strummed down on it) last Tuesday on the 22nd. I've been checking UPS every day since then and it still just says "Billing information received". Are my 28 days to get them the broken guitar running out or does it start when I actually receive the guitar, if I ever do?

My guess is they have to be running very low on guitars.. It's clear the company didn't anticipate a faliur rate that is higher than some cities graduation rate.
I have to get this process moving myself tonight, mine broke last night. where's the thread that tells me what to do again???
*sigh*

Did you find a study or a survey somewhere that confirms this or are you simply making false assumptions based on nothing? Noob. I think you need to repent...:D

Mine shipped today. Arrival on Monday. Hopefully not 'signature required'. I'd imagine te 28 days start when it arrives. I'll see what it says when I get it.

In the same boat as you. I'm calling when I get off of work today and immediately requesting a supervisor. Going to get the whole process restarted and demand that they not put the $100 verification because they have verified it the first time I tried to get a replacement.
I do agree that EA seemed a tad bit unprepared.

I'll back him up on this. My mom's high school class had 10 people in it and there are at least 20 - 30 posts on the forums about people that got their replacements. So there! :p

Why did you guys turn this thread into spam? I just asked a simple question, no need to act like idiots.

I already have a UPS tracking number, I doubt that's my problem :P
