Maná is a popular Latin American Mexican rock band from Guadalajara whose career has spanned almost three decades. They have earned three Grammy Awards, five Latin Grammy Awards, one Premios Juventud award, and 10 Premios Lo Nuestro awards. They initially received notoriety and commercial success in Latin America and Spain and have since, gained popularity and exposure in the US, Western Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
So as you can see Maná is even known in the US and I have alot of friends who like Maná and even some people that don't listen to them but they know who they are. I went to their concert at the Staples Center and the concert was sold out, they even had to do like 2 extra nights because they sold so well. They have a really good sound and they would actually be Rockband material because they play really good on all instruments. I think this would be harder for the singers since its in spanish but that would only give them more of a challenge. The good thing is that they are part of Warner Music Group so it won't be hard to like figure out if they can do it or something for legal actions and stuff.
So I don't know, they would be really good on Rockband. I'm just not sure about the whole spanish thing, thats if you guys are up for it. But if you have never heard of it, I would suggest listening to the song Angel de Amor
Ps: Oh, and Rockband needs some more Red Hot Chili Peppers. Some good songs would be Californication or 21st Century. Only because all the instruments would be awesome for those 2 songs.
