I still have not received my game

According to the Rock Band store and according to Matt from Rock Band store (via email, can't call them) my order shipped on 11/20/07. I should have received it in 3-7 days, but have yet to receive it. Has anyone else preordered from Rock Band store and not received theres? Im in Tennessee.

they couldnt hook you up with a tracking #? what if it got lost or stolen. not good.

I have a tracking number and when you go to USPS site this is what you get:

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 17, 2007 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

Doe anyone know how to contact the Rock Band store by phone instead of email?

i hate USPS tracking. it's pretty poor compared to UPS and FedEx. but from the info you got it sounds like all they did was print out a pre-paid shipping label. doesnt sound like your item shipped yet.

i should add that once i ordered something from ebay, and the seller used the pre-paid shipping label they printed from home. and the delivery confirmation/tracking gave me the same message for a couple days, then it just showed up in my mailbox one day and i checked the tracking # and it showed it was delivered.

other times it showed received at xxxx (city),(state) post office, or something like that. and again updated very slowly, usually after it gets delivered. yup, thats why i dont like usps tracking. hopefully in your case its just the post office moving slow, but id still try to find a way to check again with the rock band store. shoot another polite email to say you still have not received your order.

This is the response from Rock Band store that I received in a email on 11-27-07:

Thank you for your email. Our records tell us that your game was shipped on
11-20-07 and it's current status is "SHIPPED". The shipping is 3-7 days making
today the 7th day so tomorrow if this is not changed, give me a quick response
and we will track the problem.

It is now 11-30-07 so it has been 10 days still no show. I have emailed the Rock Band store again but no response. Does anyone know how to reach them besides email?

i just saw a thread in the main forum regarding an issue with the rockband store, and HMXJohnlok sent the guy a PM. maybe you should PM him for more info.
