View Full Version : Has anyone recieved their replacment guitar?

Just wondering if the issue is happening with the replacemennts as well. I've been playing since Saturday (PS3) off & on without a problem until last night. I started failing on all the songs i'd been beating earlier in the week. I thought i just needed to recalibrate the T.V. It seemed to work a little better after i calibrated but then started happening again. I was just wondering if it would be adventageous for me to wait to get a replacement. Thanks in advance.

I just tried to get on the EA website to order a replacement. I tried to register but, after filling in all the info it seems there is an issue with EA's server as it said i had to visit the site later to register. I would imagine if EVERYONE with RB has an issue there could be quite a few people trying to register. I'll wait till the middle of the night.

Express Return filed 21st November

Yesterday the EA support page showed my items have shipped

tracking # at UPS however says BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED

I'm starting to get VERY upset.

I suspect your UPS info will be updated to In Transit some time today. My status was updated to Parts Shipped yesterday at noon but my UPS info wasn't updated until later this morning.

Same here. My parts are shipped, ups in transit now, filed 21st originally. Everything gonna be aright now.

My RMA from 11/20 showed "Parts Shipped" yesterday (11/29) but today UPS still only shows "Billing Information Received". I guess it could still switch to "In-Transit" today but only time will tell.

I had a different problem - one of the stand pieces for the drum set is missing (the part that sits on the floor). I called last Wednesday after receiving my shipment from Amazon, and was assured I'd get an email with a tracking number and that it'd be here by Wednesday of this week. I went out of town on business and came home last night to find that it's still not here. So I called today and their system is down - they can't even look me up. Also, there was a 'problem' with the system last week and emails didn't go out. But I'm betting I'm going to have to start the whole thing over again.

Bummed that you pay so much $$$ for something, it comes missing parts or busted, and then takes forever to get what you should've had in the first place.

I've rigged up a cardboard box to hold the drumset, but it's not the ideal situation.

Now I'm on to another forum to figure out how to fix the drum lag....
