Xbox 360 Drums won't sync

Just picked up Rock Band 2, guitar works fine and synced right away but the wireless drums won't sync.

I turn them on and press the sync button but it just keeps flashing green (not the clock wise circle green like when it tries to sync, just all four lights at the same time over and over again)

I've tried moving them around, closer to the xbox, new batteries and everything else I could think of.

Any ideas? I think I might have a faulty set of drums.

Sounds like you tried what I would suhhest. Best bet would be an RMA, they're new and as long as you have your receipt, no problem.

Pain is, you'll have to wait to make some noise :)
