How about Time? One of these Days? Fearless? Mother? Comfortably Numb? Forget it man, the list could go on forever. I'm assuming Floyd's label wanting $$$$$$$ is the reason there isn't any at the moment. But while we're pontificating (okay, I'm pontificating).. David Gilmour is certainly known for some legendary guitar jams, but do you all think his style of playing is well suited to the game? Seems like it might be a lot of really long sustained notes, which is cool to wank on with the whammy bar and all, but might not be as good as some other songs. But, WYWH I think could definitely work.

I don't think it is a question of would Harmonix jump at the opportunity to add some Floyd... it is a question of what exactly Harmonix would have to do to add some Floyd, and if it is possible, is it worth the cost?

idk if Floyd would even want to do it. They would probably view it as selling out.

I think the cost would be crazy to get the right to Pink Floyds catlogue.
But just think of how many people would buy. I know I would pay upwards of 30.00 for Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall both, imagine 1 million people buying that and Hmx making around 3 million dollars...:p

I think Floyd would be amazing. Another Brick, Comfortably Numb, Time, Money. Hell I'll buy the whole Dark side album. That'd be amazing.

If that's the case, then we should include "Have a Cigar"... lol.

I would say almost any track from The Wall would be decent in Rock Band... Pink Floyd has a tendency in some of their songs to just have 30 seconds of singing, and 4-6 minutes of guitar solo... but then again, Green Grass had the same thing, so that shouldn't matter.

How about some of their really early stuff that sounds like it belongs in a Scooby Doo episode? "Bike", "Scarecrow", or "The Gnome"... lol.

Anyways, I would love to have a combo song (ala Foreplay/Long Time) made out of Brain Damage and Eclipse. That is, on top of the songs already suggested in this thread.
