Date doesn't matter it is all the same crap.

My drum pedal was fine when I opened the box, they are just made of cheap plastic and snap under what would be considered normal use.

You can't dodge this bullet, it's cheap plastic and bad design, look for dates all you wish, they are still replacing the cheap plastic junk, with the same cheap plastic junk.

They've changed some things. I know on the pedal there are extra supports now. I have the old one and it still hasn't broke so I think the new one will definitely be ok.

the weird thing is i picked up two on launch day. one said 10/23 the other 10/24. yesterday i saw a new shipment and the ones i saw had 10/22 on all the ones i checked. strange how the replenished stock had older dates.

would be nice to know from what dates people can expect the revised strats...but i guess maybe they dont want to reveal that so stores automatically send back the dated bundles.

@smith5879:got any pics or links to pics of the 2 different bass pedal models? I'm sure i'm not the only one who would like to know which one they have. I'm still on easy on drums so don't know how worried I should be.

you're not making any sense. what's the date on the bottom of the box?

i believe all the bundles are of the same design flaw. doesnt matter the date for these batches.

My PS3 Bundle is dated October 15th, and I haven't had any problems with it.
