Different Guitar Problem

I keep hearing about the strum not working properly, but my problem is entirly different. My guitar will only go into overdrive mode about 50% of the time. Anybody else having this problem? My scores could be so much higher.

Is that just from tilting it or does hitting the "Back" button also fail to activate Overdrive?

Tilting it.

I know that other people have been reporting issues with the tilt sensor. Your best bet is to RMA it as I've not seen mention of a user completable fix for it.

I sometimes have this problem but not often..
