View Full Version : fixed guitar and its acting up again

well i fixed my guitar after the down strum didnt work and now its acting up again my question is if i send it back is there any way they will be able to tell that i opened the guitar? there didnt seem to be any seals i had to break to get it open so am i safe?

idk mine is starting to act up i wanna get in there but not sure. could someone answer this?

Unlike the GH2 Xplorer guitar where there was a sticker over the screws, there is nothing over the screwholes on the Strat.
There is no way they can tell if you've unscrewed them and opened it up. Just make sure to screw it back on tight.
And I suppose if you made drastic changes on the inside, but I can assure you they aren't combing over every inch of your guitar for a mote of dust to give you away. They are up to their ears in returns anyway.

there is no way to tell. like he said, there is no sticker. they prob would rather you fix it and dont bother them. dont take that as a quote though. as long as you dont do what some say and use glue, or solder. that is just crazy, esp for something that is a known problem and is still under warranty.
