I ordered mine on Tuesday afternoon (11/27) and received it yesterday(11/29). You might want to get on the phone with someone.

If your order status isn't updated, email or call EA support. I did both. The call did nothing. The email was what worked for me. Maybe it was coincidence, but after emailing them, now my status says "parts shipped". Of course, UPS still doesn't show it, but it's a start.

Seriously? I ordered one on Wednesday (11/21) and one on Monday (11/26) and haven't received either yet. :mad:

Mine just came today, exactly one week after I ordered it. I have been checking the UPS tracking info each day and it never did update from "billing information received" until the guitar was actually delivered

Mine finally says it's on transit and i ordered it on the 21st. What bull this all was.

i ordered mine the 21st, ea support site says it shipped the 29th early morning, so that should consitute for 1 days worth of the 2 day shipping, but i never received anything from ups yesterday, and its now dec 1st, sat morning.. might get it today but i doubt it.

also, ups tracking still says "billing info received"

Mine ordered on the 20th, was sent out on the 29th, however UPS didn't have until yesterday. It is scheduled for a Monday delivery. They did not send it for Saturday deleviery. Also, if the UPS site is not updated from "Billing Information Recieved" do not expect it anytime soon...
