Shortage of XB360 Drum sets?

just curious sorry if this has been posted before(yes I did infact use the search button before posting this.) But has anyone else not been able to get a hold of the rock band 2 drum set? it seems that with in a 75 Miles radius of NY(in my county) everywhere is out of stock...and I've been checking in for 3 weeks with the stores.

Anyone know what whats up with this?

I don't know, but there are apparently o RB2 drum sets at any best buy in the entire state of Illinois

Yeah... I went to get my set replaced at best buy 2 weeks ago and was totally surprised to hear that they had none at that store... so i asked if there were any available anywhere else in *** area (i live in Louisville, Kentucky), and they said no. I was even more surprised (and truthfully didn't believe them) so i went and checked *** website... and sure enough, *** xbox 360 ****s were/are sold out everywhere in Kentucky. I've been periodically checking every other day or so, and still no luck. Today, I decided to see if this is happening all over *** place, so I checked Cincinnati, Chicago, and Boston ... and yeah... no ****s anywhere.

Kinda makes you wonder if there's something going on that we're not aware of...

I have been trying to buy drums for the 360 for the last month and a half. They are sold out at best buy, gamestop, amazon, radioshack, newegg, frys electronics, toysrus, target and walmart. When I checked walmart, their in-store locator said there were none avaiable in 100 mile radius. I live in the 5th most populous city in the nation, and nobody has the xb360 version anywhere. I have called harmonix/ea support three times, and they have no idea that there is a shortage.

I finally found a set at tigerdirect.com, and now that they are here, they won't sync with my 360 out of the box! :mad:
