PS3 Patch and Connection resets

I wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem. I try to download the patch for Rock Band-- it starts runs to around 20% or so of downloading and then freezes. When I finally back it it sometimes has disconnected by PS Network connection.

I've downloaded other patches, system updates and even Rock Band purchased songs without any problems, so I don't think it is my connection. Is there something going on with their server-side-- maybe it is just a load issue?

I had this same issue trying to download the patch last night.

At first I thought it was my (sometimes) flaky wireless router, but my wife was on the computer in the next room and was able to get online there without issue.

I just kept trying and on the 3rd run it finished the download.

What is this patch which you speak of?

It is the version update that pops up when I start RB up on my ps3 while connected to the internet. Not sure what it fixes.
