I'm happy with Harmonix support

This may not be the popular answer but I'm happy. I'm not the best drummer in the world but noticed that my drums weren't working properly. Called Monday, got my drums today, and the woman on the other end of the phone was great.

Same here (although it's EA providing the support, not Harmonix). I never thought I'd say anything good about EA, but I'm pretty satisfied after seeing the two day turnaround on my broken Strat.

And the game, of course, just completely rocks. That is all Harmonix.

I agree! How can you not like no hassle warranty returns with free shipping? There are very few companies out there now a days that stand behind their products like this.
