Hey sorry hear about all the malfunctions with the guitars, I don't have it so I don't know your pain, but I will come X-mas, but I have been looking into how to repair them. So I went on Youtube and I typed in "rock band guitars not working" theres a video, I think its like the 1st or 2nd one, if not its the 3rd lol but anyway, umm the guy who is in the video shows you what is wrong with the guitar, its one of the censors I THINK I'm not sure on that, but you take out all of the screws except for the one under the sticker on the back, that will void your warranty, So then I guess the back just pops right off, quite easily and then the guy explains exactly what you have to do, and like he says at the end of the video.
"If you don't want to do that, then send it in for a replacement guitar"
So Rock Bander's, make your choice :)
