ya i heard that a while back and while its leagues better than st. anger. they will never be anywhere close to what they used to be. lars is a mediocre drummer, hetfield lost his voice, the riffs arent' too entertaining

don't get me wrong i'll probably still d/l and listen but my blind fanboyism has worn off and i see that metallica are just a bunch of old fogies < / 3 :(

That new song is pretty good, hopefully it's been a bit improved since then.

Vocals are pretty rough, but everything else sounds pretty solid.
