What are the best stores to buy drums??

Dont tell me Guitar Center, they have horror stories

acoustic or electric?

GC isn't bad if you know how to deal with them. Musicians Friend is good as well.

For electrics BPM music has great prices as well as RMC.

Also, if you find one, try Sam Ash. Similar to Guitar Center, but with a slightly different catalog and great service compared to the a typical GC.
