An Xbox 360 Gamertag Question

I have to ask a question concerning the DRM of Rock Band songs, Xbox 360 User Profiles, and a family shared 360.

Well, first of all, we've always downloaded songs and packs with an account marked with age 15 (Which will not allow downloads of any rated M material or anything else like that, which sucks for everyone). Now that others in the household have gotten into gaming, we're thinking of using a new account to purchase Rock Band DLC as well as other gaming material (which would be the new main account with which to download things).

My question is: Would you be able to use the DLC from BOTH accounts on the same 360 WITHOUT having both signed in always?

Yeah, as long as it's on the same system you downloaded the songs with.

since its on a child account, there is a chance the adult account has an ability to change parental settings
