Webcode for Wii RB2

I keep trying to register my online webcode on the rockband site and I keep getting the same error that my information is not correct. I have checked both my console number and my webcode from the game several times and I still cannot get it to work. Has anyone else had this problem and were you able to get it to work. Thanks.

i believe what you do is just enter the webcode and nothing else, leave the other part blank. hope this helps (and i remember correctly).

If that doesn't work, if your console id starts with a 0 (zero) don't enter the 0 (zero) and don't enter any dashes.
