A Mustang? Really, that's the best they could do? Sure I can tell it's probably a supercharged Shelby, but come on, that car is no where near sleek enough looking to have that stealth look like an 80's Firebird. Sure an 80's Firebird is a pretty pathetic car dead stock and the Shelby Mustang is a much better car performance wise, but come on, we all know what a car is actually capable of doesn't matter in TV land, just as long as it LOOKS the part.

If they are dead set on using something with retro styling the new Dodge Challenger would be so much cooler. And I don't say that as some Mopar fan, I'm a GM kinda guy.

But I have a really bad feeling they are going to make that the biggest f&$k up of all. Won't surprise me at all if K.I.T.T. ends up being an urban douche.

A new Viper or 'Vette would be better than a Mustang. If it doesn't have to be an American car that really opens up the possibilities.
