RB1 songs in RB2

I got Rockband 1 for Xmas this year but also got the disc for RB2. So insted of playing RB1 at all, I just bought the code and put everything into RB2. However, ive noticed some songs have not made the transfer. Enter Sandman is the most noticeable.
Is it because I didnt unlock songs or could it be that they just didnt make the transfer. How would I go about getting these on there?

Three songs do not transfer (four in Europe): Enter Sandman, Paranoid, and Run to the Hills (and Monsoon in Europe). This is due to licensing issues. There is no way to play these songs in RB2.

Nothing says that These songs wont follow... We are paying to transfer those songs to RB2! We payed for the RB1 disk, the transfert... and we have to go back to disk one that... sucks...

Will you have a fix in the near futur?

No it's not a hardware issue.

The original artists of the song didn't give HMX permission to allow the transfer of the songs as DLC for whatever reason.

Unless they change their minds in the future these songs will never appear as DLC, and the only way to play them is to put in the RB1 disc.

And this was well-known at the time RB2 launched. It's unfortunate you cam late to the game and didn't find a fullexplanation before the export. But, caveat emptor, as they say.

Tell them that we realy like them. Don`t mind paying for there songs... Wouldn`t like to have to go on the dark side to have their songs...

It's a licensing issue, not a glitch. Therefore, there is to be no fix.
