If i were to buy a copy of rock band off ebay and one of the instruments were to break do you think that EA would send me a new one becaue i dont have a recipt?

I guess it would depend if you have the warranty with it or not, better ask for both.

Of course they would send you a new one. They don't ask for any receipt or anything, at this point the game is only a week old and nothing is even close to being out of warranty.
