Metal! I feel l old man with this songs

I just wish they had put harder songs when i play all those repeated songs like Mississipi Queen I fell like and old man. There is really to many crappy songs this is a game for younger people and, it has lots of potential please put something for Hardcore people.

I happen to like "All That Remains" and "Disturbed", but I also like alot of the songs that are currently in the game as well.
I'd like to see some Joe Satriani, Jimmy Hendrix, Rush, Jack Johnson, or even Queen as DLC.
Other than country, Rap, or Pop; I have a pretty broad range of music I like.
I don't get into the whole power cord direction that GH3 went with the spastic 3 button cords, but some more technical songs would be welcome IOM.

I kind of like how GH is going for the mindless high speed thrashing around with the guitar while Rock Band appeals to a wider range and a full band construct. Obviously from my implied tone you can tell which of the two I prefer... but there's room in the market to support folks who like both styles, really.

Me, I have nothing against Disturbed, or Kill Switch, I like those bands. But with Killswitch, those vocals wouldn't work, most people would destroy their throats on them. Plus, while I like them, Sabbath, Metallica, and Maiden are so much better. Could also use some Motorhead and stuff like that.

plus am speaking instrument wise not really for vocals cause personally I don't sing I like hitting the drum pads and guitar.

I agree, but I don't want to see RB succumb to the trenches by elitists, because they want it the way... If those select few want a real challange, buy a real guitar and learn the song IRL.

I've been in love with metal for a long time, probably over a decade, this Dragonforce thing... I just don't get it. The guitars are kinda cool, the lyrics are pointless/******ed though. Maybe at 24 I'm becoming the old man.

I don't really know much about metal music and what is actually considered metal. I play Guitar Hero games alot and I may not be a fan of the metal songs they have in the game, but they truly are some of the most fun to play.

When I think of metal songs I'd like to play I think of:

*System of a Down ("Chop Suey", "Sugar", "Aerials" or "BYOB" are my favs)
*Avenged Sevenfold (I really enjoyed playing "The Beast and the Harlot" in GHII, but I'm not a fan of their music so I don't have any requests)
*Godsmack ("Voodoo" would be a great song for 4 people to perform, "Greed", "Whatever", "Awake", "Bad Religion")
*Disturbed ("Stupify", "Down With the Sickness")
*Dragonforce (Seems like a great band with songs that would be fun to play)
