Who do I have to call to get this information? I called the Rock Band support number and got transferred to the warranty claims people, but neither of them knew how to get my ups tracking number or RMA number.
All I have are reference numbers: 071121-002162 and 071125-007617
One request I made on the 25th says "Parts Shipped". The other request has not been updated since I made it on the 20th.

I had to resubmit my info online. The first time I reported my faulty guitar, I reported it over the phone. I found out early yesterday that they didn't have a lot of my info, and all I had was my UPS tracking number that wasn't connected to anything. They had no reference to my e-mail address, which I found amazing because I'd gotten an e-mail from EA after my initial call. So I submitted my info online this time, and I was told from a call I later made, that it should arrive at my door around Monday. I'm still skeptical though because all I still see on UPS is Billing Info Received. I think this hardware warranty staff is so overwhelmed with complaints that they can't even think straight. All I want is a working guitar. Hopefully the status of my UPS package will change this time.
