Question about band leaderboards

We play at college and have 4 people using one xbox and seem that out scores and what not are not coming up on the leaderboards says to play a ranked game...is this because you have to have 4 diffrent people with diffrent live accounts? Or is it something else to do with band name or band member names? Confused if 4 people on one xbox can get on the ranked band leaderboards?

4 people on one box can get on the leaderboards. I have 3 people with 2 different tags and everything works perfectly. 4 people should be no different. now, I don't understand why it says to play a ranked game, because as far as band stuff goes on the leaderboards you have "Band by Song" and " Band by Fans". Both have nothing to do with playing "ranked games".
