That's right. I'd like to see some songs by these two guitarists. Howe is a bit more well known (Yes & Asia), Hackett is definitely an unsung hero of sorts (70s Genesis). But here's a few songs that would work with their music.
Steve Howe:
Starship Trooper
I've Seen All Good People
Roundabout
Heart of the Sunrise
Siberian Khatru
The Gates of Delirium
Steve Hackett (w/Genesis):
The Musical Box
Dancing With The Moonlit Knight
Firth Of Fifth (his solo is really nice)
The Lamia
Back In N.Y.C.
Dance On A Volcano
Los Endos
In That Quiet Earth
Steve Hackett (solo)
Narnia
Omega Metallicus
Spectral Mornings
Ace Of Wands
Slogans (this would definitely be a hard song for Rock Band)
Camino Royale
The Air Conditioned Nightmare
Overnight Sleeper

Actually, Los Endos does have a vocal part wailing toward the end of it...it's a faint, fading out piece of Supper's Ready...
"There's an angel standing in the sun...no way to get back home..."
Funny that the OP didn't mention Howe and Hackett's collaboration, GTR.
Okay, maybe not funny. Maybe smart.
Other than that, I agree with all the tracks you listed, though the Hackett solo stuff may be way too obscure for anyone to buy.
Of course, given that Yes and Genesis both had extended keyboard passages, it may be really difficult to get something like Firth of Fifth into the game: long piano intro which returns as a long (but magnificent) keyboard solo right before Hackett's brilliant guitar solo kicks in.
God, that's a great song.

If you like Hackett and Howe, I'm surprised you didn't ask for GTR. They had some pretty cool songs.
EDIT---> oops...someone beat me to it:)

I just got RB yesterday and joined thie forum...More Genesis, Yes, and of course Rush. OP, I love the songs, especially Gates of Delirium! Awesome. And since you mention a few for Lamb Lies..., I would have to add Riding the Scree, but any and all Genesis (Pre 1980) would be fantastic, though I'm not holding my breath!
