Need help with DLC...

So I'm having some trouble with my DLC not loading. When I have it connected to xbox live, there are no problems. It loads just fine. However, when I disconnect from live, and move my xbox into a bigger room for more mobility, the DLC do not load. I just recently got a new xbox, and this is a recent problem. Did not have this problem on my previous xbox. Any clues or ideas are helpful.

All DLC on the xbox is tied to the original xbox, not hardrive, that you download it onto, as well as your gamertag. If you dowloaded it on the old xbox, then put your hardrive on the new one you will not be able to access the DLC. When you sign into live with the gamertag you downloaded it with, then you can access it on the new xbox since live verified that it's really you using it.

I have the same problem. My 360 got the 3 red rings and while Im waiting to send it out I got a new 360 and I have to be connected to Live for the DLC content to load. Im gonna try to delete it and redownload it to see if that works.
