Official Rock Band Availability thread

There are some folks lurking or registered here that are still trying to track down a bundle. Post up if you see bundles lying around in your local store. Be sure to mention xbox 360 or ps3, and which store and when you spotted them.

The other day i saw a thread where someone complained that they couldnt find a bundle so i posted that circuitcity.com had them. sure enough they went out of stock quick.

anyways as of 5:45am EST on 12/1/07 bestbuy.com has both the ps3 and 360 bundles for sale at $169 shipping is 4.99, 9.99, or 16.99 depending on how fast you want it delivered. click quick before it's out of stock!

and please keep updating this for the sake of those still hunting. once this thread goes past a page, remember to check the latest post because i dont plan on updating the first post.

I live outside of North America, so unfortunately I do not have the luxury of being able to go into a physical store and picking one up. I still have not been able to find an Xbox 360 bundle in stock online. I got so excited when i read in the first post that Best Buy had them available. But then i read the second post i deflated haha D:

Anyways, I've read that Amazon will have some available on December 9th, but anyone with any additional information about Xbox bundles available online, please share =]

Yup, I just checked walmart.com (9:45 AM EST) and they're still available (360).

You can use walmart.com's "Find Store" function to search your local stores for the PS3 version too.

Bellingham, Washington: Best Buy, Walmart, Gamestop, and Circuit City are all out of stock as of 9:20pm PST

The Best Buy person gave me an estimate of the end of the week for a new shipment to arrive.

I got a similar statement from the Best Buy guy in Raleigh, NC tonight. They had a huge pile of PS3 ones, but no 360. He said they should have some in on Thursday or Friday. (last week they got a shipment of 360 RB's in on Thursday and PS3 RB's on Sunday)

Walmart, Kmart, Target, Circuit City, Gamestop, and Toys R' Us were all sold out...of both versions. At least the ones I went to :)

I'm sure that doesn't apply to all Best Buy's, but ya never know!

for any of you still hunting for one...you may want to call your local circuit city. i say call because some store managers may just put their stock out on the floor right away, while others will actually hold them for the day of the advertisement.

in this upcoming sunday's paper (12/9) the sunday circuit city ad features rock band bundles for both ps3 and xbox. obviously if you are reading this, then youre in one of those areas where rock band is still high in demand and hard to find...so you will want to see if the store will be selling them on sunday and maybe consider getting there early.

also circuitcity.com has a stock checker for your local store(s). you just have to punch in your zipcode.
