3s and 7s has completely thrown me off. I have no clue why, but the Bridge/Pre-Solo is completely different. I was singing, and the lyrics and pitch were all different. Now, I own Era Vulgaris. I have about 40 plays of 3s and 7s, and I was completely familliar with this section, which was in fact my favorite part of the song. Is there any reason for the master track to be different than the album version?

I'd be curious to know the actual reason for this as well... threw me for a loop the first time I sang it. :D But I have to say.. I like the lyrics from RB better. XD I think they tie back better into the song's theme.
For clarity's sake, here are the lyrics in question:
What you do, say it with a smile boy
Making us all forget
What you do, say it with a smile boy
Making us all forget
Making us all forget
Making us all forget
The truth has always had three sides
Mine, yours, and how it went
The truth has always been a lie
I'm never telling it
Making you all forget
Making you all forget
Swear to God

I wondered if I was the only one that noticed this. They also did this on GH3. But i still sing the album version of the song and atleast on hard you can still nail the pitch of the words and they work.

D'oh, I totally didn't notice in GH3... guess I was too busy struggling with the guitar. :p I do the opposite, though... I sing the RB version along with the CD. XD But yeah, the tune is pretty much the same.
