DLC offline?

Having trouble with getting DLC to work offline. Now I know that the fix is to 'download again' the DLC via something like the download history.

It's not working for me. I did change my gamertag's display name (The thing you have to pay 800 points for), is that's what's causing the problem? I also had to get a new xbox because the first one had RRoD'ed.

I'm going to try deleting and redownloading the ones that don't work offline, but that's gonna take a while, I'm looking for a faster fix if possible. xD

You need to migrate your license it sounds like. There's a link and walk though somewhere around here.

As Bront20 pointed out, you need to perform a license migration. LINK (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/systemuse/xbox360/licensemigration/)

As stated in the license migration FAQs, Microsoft is supposed to perform this step for you following a repair/replacement, but they don't.

I used the tool, and I still have this problem.

I tried to delete the RB2 cache so it would rebuild the database, no dice.

did you delete the dlc and redownload it after doing the license transfer

I really hope my 360 doesn't break any time soon. All I hear are horror stories about getting DLC over to the new console. :(
