Most of those battles contain RB1 tracks or DLC not currently availible on the Wii, so they won't post those battles.
So far, I have seen them make two mistakes in posting battles with RB1 content on the Wii... But they can't be played and are taken down the second I bring them to HMX's attention. (The "Fast Strummer Challenge" originally contained "Seven" by VAGIANT on Wii)

You can download songs to the Wii, but the full catalog available to PS3 and 360 is not yet available. Since those BotB contain songs that aren't available to Wii(yet) they won't appear in game for you.

You can download songs on RB2 Wii. You need to have your Wii connected to the internet, and I would recommend a 2GB SD card.
Also note that not all songs listed on the website are available on the Wii right now. They're working on releasing all of the back catalog, but it may take some time to get all 500+ songs on the Wii music store.

You may need to go the Wii Shop channel to buy some Wii points first. I haven't purchased DLC on the Wii (as I play RB on the X360). But once you have Wii points, then just go into the in-game music store and start downloading.
