ion drum kit bracket broke HELP!!

i brought my ion kit over to my friends house the other day and i went to set it up and the little ring that is connected to the bolt that goes through the bracket to hold the drum on the frame snapped on the ring. does anyone know how to get a new one or possibly make one?

Necro, but I have it too.
Any solutions ? The bracket from the cymbals doesnt hold it, ring's to big.
