question on shipping back guitar??

i just got my empty box, im ready to ship my guitar back, do i send the strap also. I just wanted to make sure, i did not want to send my strap back, then not get another one.

I just sent mine back. I didn't include the strap nor the USB transmitter as neither were broken.

I'd say to simply send back the guitar.

Did you catch that they sent you the box via UPS Second day air but the return label states GROUND? What a crock!

I would just like to actually receive the box to ship the thing back in. I put in a request on the 21st of November and still I've got nothing.

i didn't until you just mentioned that, and then i went to look, that is total bull ****. I guess they don't mind spending the 50 cents it must cost to send a empty box overnight, so ground to them, and i guess ground back to me , Maybe my guitar will be back by valentines day.

I saw that label too. When I received my box yesterday and shipped it out the same day. I got question? You know how there was like 2 pieces of paper that says "Packing List" on it. Did anyone you guys take one of the papers out. Since I took one of those papers out which says it was shipped to me with an empty box but i send the other back where it says it was shipping to EA with the guitar in the box. You guys think its fine because this was my first doing something like this. Thanks!

should i keep the little plug at the end of the guitar that has the usb piece on it, or should i ship that also.

ok, im gonna keep the end attachment then as well, im gonna ship mine out on monday, hopefully it will be better then the orginial

I sent in my problem nov 23 and i still haven't gotten a box and i'm a little bit pi$$ed.
