Problem with characters on rockband.com

I've linked, unlinked, linked, and unlinked my account over and over, but my characters pictures are all the same. My data is on the website, but all my characters end up being some skimpy chick in a bikini. Sometimes the background/poses change when I unlink then link again, but I still cant manage to get MY characters on my profile.

I have a 360, and own both Rock Band 1 and 2.

Anyone know whats going on?

The bald girl will continue to show. Click on the picture to erase her on the detailed page. In order to take pictures of your real band members you need to go to http://www.rockband.com/merch and pick your character from the drop down.

i have a similar problem, my characters are ok but, i cant make em be on the band... just one of them is registered.. do i have to be gold in xbox live? o just be conected on on world tour

well worked for just one character...
i've been playing with the missing one so the system can catch up but, it just wont work=|....
