View Full Version : Put in RMA, EA has my CC, no Email!

It's been a week since i put in my RMA request and I have gotten no email from EA. Also, I wanted the express service, so they have my credit card info as well. I've received no email from EA and i dont want to enter another one at the fear of them charging me twice! WTF?

No one has gotten any email, even those who have received their replacements. Go to the My Questions section of the EA Support page to see if it says anything about your status.

mine says cancelled too. i got my empty box 2 days ago and shipped out the defect yesterday and now the status was updated today to say cancelled. there's no way they got my defective guitar yet and so there's no reason for it to say cancelled. like everyone else, i too haven't gotten any e-mails

yep mine says cancelled too.
never got an email. Have done this twice now, guess I have to CALL.........
