Who was the genius who decided to set up a tech support forum that no one from EA/HMX reads or responds to?

We have a team of people with alot of experience who pay attention to these threads very closely. Including people from EA/HMX like HMXHenry.

Would it be possible for one of the people "who pay attention to these threads very closely" to address the issue with the bass pedal/d-pad that I first raised eight days ago and others raised months ago? (see "unheard of base pedal issues"... and yes, I know it is "bass"; I didn't start the thread.)

If you really want help on these threads, don't flame the posters.
Plus, most of us tend to avoid mis-spelled threads as we end up with some seriously tech-tarded people on here... And trying to answer their question just makes them angrier.
As far as your bass pedal. It's broken. RMA it if you can, if you can't, buy a new one.

I want help from someone who can actually do something about it. At this point a respectable company (or even a not so respectable company like MS) would have assigned me an account escalation supervisor (or something along those lines) to at least make an ATTEMPT at satisfying me as a customer... this is not to say that I would be completely satisfied, but at least I would have some impression that the company cared even a little bit about retaining me as a customer. I appreciate the help offered by various community members, and I'm sure it's great when someone actually has their issue resolved. But if you actually went back and read the thread I referenced, replacing the bass pedal won't fix my issue.
I guess what I meant was "does anyone from HMX/EA read their own tech support forums." Apologies if I offended any of the helpful community members who, I am sure, do really help some people resolve some issues.

No, they check on these threads now and then when something gets out of hand... But we have several tech-savy mods and IRL game testers (yo) who do their best to answer a question. Usually I just try to respond to anything Wii/360 related... And I agree with you that 60-days is too few. So what... EXACTLY... Is wrong with your kit my friend?

Probably best if we continue discussing the actual issue in the other thread. I appreciate the work you do around here, but it is no substitution for paid employees who could do something about the problems that don't lend themselves to quick fixes; i.e. those problems that are matters of fundamentally defective equipment. Sorry if I've been a bit snippy-- I'm not usually this much of a loser, but I'm having one of those weeks where I have so much work in real life that I inevitably have to find some procrastination outlet!

I would probably be equally pissed, no worries. This is obviously an odd issue. Now let's let this thread sink into the tomb and forget you ever made a snippy-thread.

Well it was sort of my intent to be snippy to HMX/EA :o

Also, the thing is that it's not an odd issue. There have been a ton of threads on this.
