"Sheep" absolutely needs to be in this game.
Also, if there could be any way at all they could get the entirety of "The Wall" in here, it would be amazing. I can't think of a better setlist then just busting out the entire album. It'd be doubly awesome if they made one modification and put "What Shall We Do Now?" in it's correct place.
Dark Side of the Moon would be fun too, but only if you could play it start to finish, everything segueing (same goes for The Wall too). I mean...Great Gig in the Sky on vocals?
Echoes (full version preferably, but maybe chopping down the middle emptiness a bit) would be amazing too, although vocals would get boring, so you'd have to combine those with another instrument.
Now, I know that Pink Floyd is not exactly the best band for Rock Band what with the large instrumental sections (or large sections without guitar/bass/drums in the case of The Wall), but as it would be a download, the people who would get it will know what to expect. I think most Floyd fans would have no problem with it.

Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun (drumming on that....wow)
Most of the Animals album
Comfortably Numb
