but whats the easiest for Guitar/Drums/Vocals?

Guitar was either "I Think I'm Paranoid" or "Should I Stay or Should I Go". Can't remember which one I got it on.

I could probably FC Fortunate Son if I tried enough, I get 98 or 99 on vocals whenever I sing it

Drums, I get ~ 97% on Expert doing Should I Stay or Should I Go, the only song I can actually complete on Expert (that 'ive tried)

Definitely I think im paranoid. That song is hard not to FC.

Maps seems easy enough on guitar. That's what I used for bass.
For vocals, probably Full Bloom.

I full combo'd Here It Goes Again on Expert guitar. Blitzkrieg bop for Vox. and I havent even tried drums yet.

I botched the FC on Here It Goes Again after the Ending Bonus because my index finger slipped, and I've never really come close to FCing a song before.

Easiest to 100% in Vocals depends on your gender and range. Try Maps if you're a girl, In Bloom if you're a guy. Don't Fear the Reaper is also pretty easy and comfortable for both.

I would think Sabotage would be good for Vocals since it requires basically zero pitch.

On Expert for guitar I aced "When You Were Young" without breaking a sweat.

My brother seems to get Black Sabboth (Parinoid) and Sweet (Ballroom Blitz), but it's all a matter of your vocal range than anything.

Me... I can't sing for squat. "I think I'm Paranoid" is # 1 for FC on Guitar though, as well as drums.
