Headset adaptors for 360

I absolutely cannot get these things to work. Not with the drumkit nor with the Strat. Can anyone please help? I connect and disconnect them, I've tried two differesnt headsets, both adaptors, on both the drums and the guitar. Restarted the system, turned the mics on and off, I have to be doing something stupid and just missing it. Anyone have some insight for me? Please?

Same problem here - can't get the mic to work with the adapters on either the guitar or the drums. What's worse, when I plug the headset to a standard controller using the adapter cable, I have the same problem. Seems like maybe the problem is defective adapter cables, but I'm not sure.

I do know that they need to address this because I have seen several posts about it. My adapters dont work either.

mine works sometimes on the drums but never on the guitar. It sucks...

Same problem when i plug it in it sounds fuzzy and i can't talk to or hear anyone.

Same problem here. Not working on the drums. Haven't tried it with the guitar.
