I know that the odds of this ever being available are pretty low, considering that Okkervil River isn't a very well known band, but I think it would be absolutely awesome if their song "Black" was available for DLC in the future. Give it a listen and see if you don't think it'd be a blast.
I think there are a lot of great indie releases that wouldn't be incredibly expensive to license as DLC and that would also be a lot of fun. I'm sure many bands would jump at the chance for exposure as well.
