No bands showing?

Our 11 year old just created a new band with 3 friends, all characters saved to her gamertag. I've managed to take pictures on Rockband.com of the individual members separately, but when I try for a band photo, it says she is "lame" and has no bands. This isn't true, she's got two bands.

What's the deal? The whole gang of 5th graders was quite excited to have a picture of their new band ... and I'm the lame mom who can't produce :(
