I sent my return request on 11/24 and it still says "billing received" as my status on UPS tracking. Every email I've gotten from EA since has just told me they apologize and to keep checking UPS for updates.

I hope they are sending EVERYONE who got a busted piece of equipment a free game(and give us all an extended warranty).

No free game and not even an email for me. I've been waiting since 11/21. My RMA is now cancelled.

That really sucks. The only emails I've gotten from EA are replies to my status inquiries and complaints. I guess I was naive to think I'd actually get it within a few days since I chose the 2nd day delivery option.

It might be auto canceled after a certain amount of days. I asked for 2 day express, BTW. Giving the holiday its due, I should have received my guitar a week ago at the latest.

my guitar and drum are finally supposed to arrive today and i got the same email from Rock Band Support about the free game. i'm just dying to find out what games we get to choose from!

I got the email a couple days ago, I put in a request for a new guitar on the 21st. Still have not recieved it, but I'm definitely waiting to see what games I can choose from.

yup, i got the free game email to. i just got my empty guitar boxes today to ship back out. note i said box(es) lol cuz i submitted it like 4 $#@%ing times cuz i never got a confirmation email.

I was also one of the lucky ones that got that email. RMA'd on the 21st, and finally my UPS status changed to "IN TRANSIT" on their site after no activity since "Billing Info Received". Now I'm just hoping that we can at least pick a newer free game, and not Madden 2000 or something ******ed, but hey, I guess you can't really complain about a free game either way hehe.

i put my request in on 11/26 at 1:50 am pst and still have not recieved any confirmation at all. i checked my tracking number and the package is suppose to be here today. the weigh for he item is 5lbs. wonder if they packed a free game in that. see i chose to have my guitar sent in, besides having to use my credit card. actually, i think that 5lbs is the normal shipping for any package, so there might not be anything in there, including a free game :( i called ea last night and was xferrd over to the phillipines for tech support. i told them i have not recieved any type of confirmation email at all about my equiptment being damaged or anything or whether i was going to recieve a free game too.
