Some songs not being transfered from Rock Band 1 to Rock Band 2

I have payed the money and downloaded all of my Rock Band 1 songs to my hard drive, and they all appear on Rock Band 2 with the exception of Enter Sandman and Run to the Hills (two of my favorite songs). They don't show up anywhere on Rock Band 2, I've tried redownloading the songs from Rock Band 1 but that didn't work either. Even when I look on my harddrive itself I cannot find the files. Any ideas??

due to licensing issues, they were not allowed to be transferred over.

if they are you're favorite play RB1. monsoon on the EU version doesnt export due to licensing as well

Yeah I could do that, but it's a lot more convenient if I were to be able to play them on RB2 and mix them in with Rock Band 2 songs. But that sucks about licensing.... errr! Thanks for your help.
