whole album.... though a rock staple.. no.

but the singles off it would definitely be great. best of all the they fit in a three song pack!
basket case
when i come around
and
welcome to paradise

three song pack i would buy.
the whole album.. is iffy. since it's one of those bands thats relies on mainstream fans. who probably wouldn't recognize anything past those three songs.

great album though! the three pack just seems more realistic right now.. until we figure out how rapidly HMX is gonna start dishing out full albums.

i endorse this three song pack... and EXPECT it eventually.

Yeah I think your right, this three songs pack would sell alot more with When I come around in it...although I'd like to have the whole Dookie album :P

Why not just chip in the Nimrod + Kerplunk + Warning album too while were at it...:P

because life isn't fair :(

i'm not even a huge green day fan.. but i know how important they are in the 90's + rock world. hopefully things get rolling and HMX is able to just throw album after album in our faces. mostly pop stuff. and some underground stuff for guys like me. but thats a big if. it needs to turn a profit first.

that three song pack would be the most profitable. besides maybe a three pack of current GD singles.

i honestly wish they would just dish outs like ten albums a week. from pop bands of the past and present.. that would get them all out of the way in like two or three years... lol. then they could get into good stuff.. honestly. i would prefer buying songs for rock band over buying them on itunes. i wish rock band would replace the radio and everything else. its funner to play songs then JUST listen to them. no matter how you play them.

i vote replace itunes with rock band!! lets start a revolution!!

Seriously any real Green Day fan knows that the best album is Nimrod. But I would be cool for anything Green Day quite frankly.

Why do people hate American Idiot? It is not a bad album. I mean, what on American Idiot has Green Day done differently from albums in the past musically?

Made a cohesive and meaningful concept album. For some reason, people see that as selling out :/

I don't see why Dookie would be any better than their other albums as far as full album DLC goes. Personally, I'd just do International Superhits because pretty much every one of their singles would be fun to play and you don't get stuck with some of the lamer tracks that dot their CDs. Another plus about IS is that there's no American Idiot tracks so people wouldn't complain. That is, unless they just don't like Green Day.

Yes, but they'd still complain about it :)

Just look at about every other thread in this forum.

I don't know why people see it as selling out, when Dookie came out people thought Green Day sold out as well but people still liked them. I mean I like American Idiot, but I also like Dookie through Warning stuff. I even like pre-Dookie stuff as well. I just don't know why people have to split things like that, and why can't people just enjoy everything by an artist.

I would definitly buy the International Superhit album on DLC

I'd finally be able to nail a few songs on expert with the mic...I know most of green day's songs by heart, I could almost play Tré Cool's drums at the same time :P

VOTE FOR GREEN DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
