How in the world do I change my avatar? I and also, can you use your own pics from My Pictures as your avy? Thanks

Avatars and signature pictures have been disabled until the new website us up.

When's the new site coming? Is it still going to be on the Rock Band website? Or a completely new site? I'm new here, so I'm not up tp date on all news.

The only answer I've heard is "soon." It's a completely new site. This one will still exist, though.
